Our client is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead a small team of clinicians while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. This is an opportunity for a Senior OT who enjoys mentoring others, supporting quality outcomes and helping clinicians thrive, without being buried under unrealistic billable expectations. The team currently consists of six Occupational Therapists, supporting NDIS and community-based services. With continued growth they are looking for a clinician who can help shape the next stage of the team's development.
